Occasionally we advertise homes that are currently available and you will see those here.

When our waiting lists are open, we can take a limited number of direct applicants for our Sheltered Schemes and for some studio flats at Darrick Wood and Bickley. All other homes are let via nominations from the local council so you will need to be registered on their list.

Bickley - The list is currently open for studio flats at Whites Meadow.
Orpington - The list is currently open for studio flats at Darrick Wood.

Applicants must be in paid employment, and the studios are only suitable for 1x person.
