Tollington Park – BHBN

The Better Homes, Better Neighbourhoods is available each year for residents.  It is available for residents to suggest improvements to their block or estate . Residents at Tollington Park  frequently told us that they felt vulnerable not having a secure communal front entrance.  The area in North London, could be quite threatening at times. So Keniston developed a plan of improvements to enhance block security and provide a more attractive entrance to the block.  Residents have a new front door and the communal entrance and stairwell which was previously open is now closed with communal windows, new flooring, a new door entry system and a  secure front entrance door. In addition to this a new bike and buggy store has also been installed.
