Sunningdale Court Bin Stores

Our Better Homes, Better Neighbourhoods initiative is designed to environmentally improve our estates and create estates which are safer and more attractive for our residents to live in. 

Sunningdale Court is an estate in Crawley, comprising of a mixture of general needs and sheltered housing.  Residents frequently told us that they were unhappy with the bin stores as they were regularly mis-used and needed repairing regularly. 

Keniston’s Property Services team came up with some robust bin stores which leave no room for rubbish to be left outside of the bin.  The bin stores are a great way of keeping the area clean and tidy and saving the cost of the removal of bulky rubbish.
