It is that time again to complete the major satisfaction survey that is sent to residents every three years.
If you have email, you would have received your survey already with the postal version being sent out today. The mail-out will include a unique code which enables you to complete the survey online if you prefer.
The link to the survey is below, but please only complete one version of the survey to avoid duplication and inaccurate results. Thank you to those who have already completed this.
We urge all residents to take the time to complete this major survey. The results will influence how we manage future services and identify any areas for improvement, so it is an opportunity to have your say. Even if you are highly satisfied, we still need you to fill out the survey please and tell us exactly that.
