We want to support our tenants to prevent arrears of rent and service charges arising and act quickly to avoid rent arrears building up.

We want to help tenants meet their payments and help those who experience difficulties. We want to know if people know what our service offers, what you expect from the service and what needs to change in order to change the service.

We know that recent welfare benefit changes have seriously impacted on our tenants and continue to do so. It is becoming increasingly difficult to meet financial obligations, and we want to be able to help.
