Darrick Wood Estate – Community Lunch

Posted on the 31st January 2017

Thank you to everyone who came along to the Darrick Wood community lunch held recently. Also a special thank you to the Welfare family for coming along to see the unveiling of a memorial plaque for Ann Welfare. It was an emotional, but very nice tribute to a wonderful lady who gave many years to serving the community. Ann was a long-standing member of the DWC community group and she loved elephants, so we have one last big thank you to the DWC chairman Keith Farmer for hand-making the elephant carving, it looks amazing!
