Yearly Rent Changes

For most of our tenants your rent and service charges will be changing as of 1^st August this year and you should all have received your letters by now.

Housing Associations are having to cut social housing rents by 1% each year for four years starting this year and this will apply to a large majority of our tenants.

Your rent letter should explain this in more detail and will set out the new amount payable. If you have any questions in relation to your rent please do not hesitate to contact a member of our Rent Income Team.
