Jonathan Mavunga

It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the untimely death on 25^th May of Jonathan Mavunga, who many Keniston residents will know as caretaker and cleaner at Darrick Wood (and previously also at Tarling Close). We understand that he passed peacefully, in his sleep. Jonathan worked for Keniston in total for 16 years, and during that time made a huge contribution to keeping our schemes clean, tidy and pleasant to live in, and always with a cheerful and willing manner. We know that his work was appreciated by many residents, and we have been touched by the many messages of appreciation we’ve received this week since hearing the news, and we will share these with his family.

We offer our deepest condolences to his family. We do not yet know of the funeral arrangements and will update this post when we know more.

Many thanks Jonathan – it has been a privilege to have had you as part of the Keniston team. The estates that you worked on are a credit to your hard work and dedication, and you will not be forgotten.
