Technical Officer
Are you able to diagnose property defects? Do you expect high standards from contractors? Do you want to be part of a team delivering excellent customer service? If so, we would like to hear from you.
Keniston is looking for a competent Technical Officer to carry out inspections to tenanted and empty properties, identify building defects and specify remedial repairs. Act as Clerk of Works on larger stock reinvestment contracts.
The role requires you to be a strong team player and the ability to prioritise your own workload to ensure our service delivery targets are met.
