Acuity Survey for residents

You will receive a survey from a company called Acuity. This satisfaction survey is being organised on our behalf and is run every two years. The schedule is as follows:

Online survey 8th to 20th September
Postal survey 22nd September to 11th October
Telephone survey 13th to 25th October

Your participation would be most appreciated. We use all feedback to continually improve what we do and ensure our service remains at the high level we are proud of. And there is a Prize Draw! Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into the draw. Three winners will be selected at random and will each receive a shopping voucher (1 x £100, 2 x £50).
