Services provided for others

Keniston provides a range of services to tenants, leaseholders and other organisations with not for profit status.
 

A housing management service can be provided to tenants or leaseholders of other organisations.

Keniston can provide a full housing management service to tenants or leaseholders, including advice about paying rent and rent charges, anti social behaviour, transfers to other properties, questions and problems with tenancies, service charges and consultation about services and estate matters.

In relation to properties, Keniston can provide a responsive repairs service, management of external cyclical redecorations and planned replacements through stock reinvestment works (for example roofs, windows, kitchens etc.)

A range of business support services can be provided for other non profit making organisations:
housing management services for other landlords
a maintenance service
leasehold management
accounting and book keeping services
