Housing management service:

Keniston provides a full housing management service to its tenants. This includes advice about transfers, questions and problems with tenancies, advice about paying rent and rent charges, anti social behaviour, transfers to other properties, service charges and consultation about services and estate matters; on the property side, Keniston provides a responsive repairs service for ordinary repairs using one directly employed Maintenance Operative and other external contractors, undertakes external cyclical redecorations on a five year programme and has a comprehensive “Stock Reinvestment” programme replacing building components such as roofs, windows, kitchens and doors.

Keniston is able to provide housing management , maintenance and accounting services to other landlords.

Leaseholders
Keniston manages leasehold properties and provides an all round service which includes estate management, residents meetings, service charge accounting and maintenance. In some circumstances we will consider taking on management of additional leasehold properties.

Services to others
Keniston will consider providing any of these services to other organisations with charitable status. In some circumstances we may be able to provide the service to non charitable organisations through a subsidiary company. Please ask us about book-keeping and accounting services.
