Keniston has rented property in London and Crawley. Some of the properties in Bromley, Crawley, Southwark and Lambeth are houses; the remainder are flats. In Bexley, Bromley and Crawley some of the flats are “sheltered”. This means they are primarily for people who are over 55 years old where there is support from a scheme manager and an emergency alarm system.

Nearly all Keniston’s homes have been funded by government grant and are primarily for people who cannot afford housing on the open market.

In the London Borough of Bexley:
Dromore Sidcup - 18 one and two bedroom flats.
Tarling Close Sidcup - 34 sheltered studio and one bedroom flats for over 55s.
Nethewode Court, Belvedere - 44 one, two and three bedroom flats.
Pound Green Court , Bexley - 10 one two and three bedroom flats.

In the London Borough of Bromley:
Darrick Wood Farnborough, near Orpington - 360 houses and flats: a mixture of studio flats, one bedroom flats and a range of two to five bedroom houses. In addition, 50 studio and one bedroom sheltered flats for over 55s. More info.

In Crawley Borough Council:
Perryfield House - 19 studio and one bedroom flats for over 55s.
Sunningdale Court - 48 properties, including 16 four bedroom houses, 7 one bedroom flats and 19 one bedroom sheltered flats for over 55s.

In the London Borough of Croydon:
Foxley Hall Purley - 24 two bedroom flats and 12 flats on long leases.

In the London Borough of Islington:
Burnhill House EC1 - an 11 story block of 34 one and two bedroom flats with car parking.
Hornsey Road (N4) and Tollington Park (N7) - 27 one and two bedroom flats (including some on long leases)
