It takes too long to finish a repair
In our residents survey, some tenants have told us that staff don’t always understand what the repair is. We provide training to our staff both internally and externally and we are keen that residents get the highest level of service. Please tell us if you think there is anything we can do to improve this. Please email enquiries@kenistonha.co.uk and type in “Tell us about improving repairs” in the subject box. Don’t forget to give your name and address.
