Rent payment card Every tenant is given a rent payment card. This should be used whenever you pay your rent. It is the size of a credit card and has your personal account number on it. The card provides electronic information which accompanies your payment to ensure that your account is credited as quickly as possible. Only use your own rent payment card. If you have lost your card we will gladly order you a replacement.

By post You can also pay your rent by post. Send a cheque to Keniston with your name and address clearly shown.
Please note: Unless otherwise stated, any payments from you will be first used to credit your rent account. In the absence of any other instructions, Keniston will use any credits on your rent account to clear any other debts.
Quarterly prize draw Every three months Keniston looks at all those tenants who have kept their rent accounts clear. All those tenants who are not in arrears, and have had clear accounts for the previous four weeks are entered into a draw and one is picked “out of the hat” to win a week’s rent.
In arrears with your rent? - You may be disqualified from certain improvements to your home As you will know Keniston has an ongoing active programme of upgrading homes including the replacement of kitchens, bathrooms and internal doors. If you have been taken to court for rent arrears and you are not abiding by the court order, Keniston will leave your property out of the normal programme of such improvements.
