A round up of what is happening on some of Keniston’s estates.  

Nethewode Court  We are monitoring the door entry system following persistent problems with the current installation.  

Silver Court  We have started asking residents here what improvements they might want as we start another Better Homes Better Neighbourhoods initiative.

Hornsey Road and Tollington Park  New entrance  gate, rear access and security arrangements have been carried out in 2011 funded through our Better Homes Better Neighbourhoods initiative.   

Merrow Street  The programme includes new kitchens in 2011/2012.  

Foxley Hall  Kitchen and bathroom refurbishments continue in 2011.

Darrick Wood  The bathroom refurbishment programme at Darrick Wood continues in 2010 and kitchen replacements in the sheltered scheme. The installation of new TV aerials has come to a temporary halt; the contractor has gone into liquidation. We are assessing the precise extent of work carried  out before deciding on appointing a new contractor to complete the work. We apologise for any inconvenience.  

Did you know that there is programme of monthly visits for senior staff from Keniston to visit all Keniston’s estates in turn?  We do let residents know in advance that these are going to take place so that they can join in and raise any matters of concern.  Click here for the programme of visits.
