Information for tenants

This page provides access to some of Keniston’s information leaflets. These form part of the tenancy pack which all new tenants receive.

However if you are having difficulty in your tenancy or home, including anti social

behaviour, rent arrears or domestic violence please click here for further information.

We are changing the way that these files can be accessed and apologise that it is not possible to download them at present. Please email us to request a copy of any leaflet that you would like a copy of. We can either email the files to you or send you a copy of the leaflet you want in the post.

We have started reviewing our leaflets. If you would like to help us with this please contact Chris Bryant, Housing Services Manager.

The most recent annual report is available. All residents have been sent a copy, but should you want a further copy we still have some left. Please phone the office to request one or go to the home page for a link to an electronic version. An audio tape version is available at each of our sheltered housing schemes
