We are here to help. Please do contact us if you have any questions about your tenancy.  


If you want to report a repair  - please phone the repairs line 01689 889702.  Also please see the Repairs page.

Housing Officers can deal with many of your day to day questions including estate services, your rent and service charge, any aspect of living in your home and complaints and problems you may have because of problems from other residents. They cannot solve all your problems but they will try to help and point you in the right direction. The nature of a Housing Officer’s job means that they are often visiting tenants, so please be patient if they are not immediately available when you try to contact them.  
 
If you live in Darrick Wood sheltered accommodation, Tarling Close, Merrow Street, Lyham Road, Hayles Street, Elliotts Row, Sunningdale Court, Perryfield House, Dromore, Nethewode Court or Pound Green Court your Housing Officers are Ann Richardson and Jill Hackett. Ann and Jill job share, working a week on and a week off.
 
If you live in Darrick Wood (other than sheltered accommodation), Burnhill House, Hornsey Road, Tollington Park, Silver Court or Foxley Hall, your Housing Officer is Sharon Hobbs.
 
Falling behind with the rent?
If you are having problems with paying your rent, or have questions about Housing Benefit, please contact Chris Little who is the Rent Income Officer.
 
Rent statements Please phone 01689 889700 and ask the receptionist.

Planned maintenance If you want information about our programme of refurbishment works (e.g. new kitchens, bathrooms etc) contact the Resident Involvement Officer or Assistant Repairs Service Manager.

If you want to make a complaint - ask the Office Manager for a form. You may wish to discuss the matter with the relevant manager first.
