Small Housing Association discussion forum

This provides an opportunity for small housing associations which are based around south east London, Kent and south of the M25 to meet to share good practice and to to help identify ways of improving the way they work. This forum has run successfully for two years. Please contact Nevil Osborne at Keniston for further information. The 2007 programme has started successfully with a discussion about maintenance services will include a session about governance.

SHAPE
This stands for Small Housing Associations Pursing Excellence. This group has been in existence for three years and has established itself as a successful group for small housing associations in the south east of England. The group undertakes formal benchmarking and also runs an annual staff conference.

G320 benchmarking group
G320 is a London based group of smaller housing associations. The benchmarking group is newly formed and has been set up primarily to compare performance of member associations with the aim of understanding how to help achieve improvements in performance.
