Peer groups - learning from others
We are keen to learn how to improve what we do by comparing ourselves with other housing organisations
G320 benchmarking group
G320 is a London based group of smaller housing associations (smaller means with under 1,000 homes). The benchmarking group was formed in 2007 and has been set up primarily to compare performance of member associations with the aim of understanding how to help achieve improvements in performance and service delivery.

This provides an opportunity for small housing associations which are based around south east London, Kent and south of the M25 to meet to share good practice and to to help identify ways of improving the way they work. This forum has run successfully for two years. Please contact Nevil Osborne at Keniston for further information.
