This page provides quarterly information about how we are doing. You can view how well other housing associations do by going to the Tenant Services Authority website and finding the Housing Data page.

Our main aim is to deliver services which result in very high levels of resident satisfaction - we want to be in the best 10% in London.  Our most recent resident satisfaction survey (carried out by The Leadership Factor) recorded 89.1% satisfaction which is well within the threshold for the best 10% of housing associations in London.
