Our staff are a great asset to our organisation. Delivering great customer services to residents is what we aim to do best.
 

 Keniston employs nearly 40 people, about two thirds of whom work in the office while the others are based on our estates.  Many posts are part time or job share: all the staff represent the equivalent of about 25 full time posts.

Keniston was reassessed as achieving the Investor in People standard in April 2007.
